Meet the team: Frontend Mendix Business Engineer Yin

In this blog series we introduce our people to you. Today we would like to put one of our team members, Yin, in the spotlight.

From student to Frontend Mendix Business Engineer

Before Yin joined JAM-IT, she studied Computer Science and Engineering at TU Delft. After her bachelor's degree she decided to look for a traineeship and ended up at JAM-IT. Here she discovered her passion for frontend and specialised in Mendix, Java, Javascript and React. Outside her work at JAM-IT, Yin loves jigsaw puzzles and has a passion for lego. For Yin that is not only relaxing, it also gives her the chance to express her creativity and solve new problems.

According to Yin there are many reasons why she enjoys working at JAM-IT. She appreciates the flexibility she has to concentrate on the frontend, which she enjoys most. She also likes the fact that moving between projects keeps giving her new insights. And she greatly appreciates the help she gets with her questions.

Role in the team

As a Frontend Mendix Business Engineer, Yin is responsible for developing and delivering projects, and she is always looking for ways to serve our clients even better.

The future

Yin's goal for the future is to specialise further and deepen her knowledge of Mendix, in combination with Java, Javascript and React. She wants to keep developing as a Frontend Mendix Business Engineer and keep increasing her contribution to the team and to our clients. In short, we are glad that Yin is part of our JAM-IT team and we look forward to everything she will go on to do for us and for our clients.
