JAM-IT nominated for the Computable Awards again

For the third year running, JAM-IT has been nominated for a Computable Award. This time together with BONIQ, for a project we have very much enjoyed working on over the past few years: digitalising till receipts.

The nomination falls within the Sustainability & CSR category and revolves around a question that is actually surprisingly logical: why do we still print millions of till receipts on paper, when almost the entire payment process is digital by now?

From idea to scalable solution

When BONIQ came to us, there was a clear vision. A future in which consumers receive and keep their till receipts digitally, without business owners having to change their existing payment process. An ambitious idea, but an idea with potential.

Together we translated that vision into a technical platform that is ready for further growth. A solution that makes till receipts available digitally and that can at the same time help reduce paper use. The fact that this project in particular has now been nominated for a Computable Award makes us proud.

Not only because it is a fine recognition of the work that has gone into it, but above all because it shows what can come about when a strong idea is combined with the right technical execution.

A nomination for the collaboration

Although the nomination is in the project's name, we see it above all as recognition of the collaboration between BONIQ and JAM-IT. BONIQ brought the vision, the market knowledge and the entrepreneurial drive. We brought the technical expertise to turn that vision into a scalable solution. It is precisely that combination that has led to a product that now goes far beyond an idea on paper.
